Basic Pistol 1 Course

Build confidence, sharpen your skills, and spend time on the range with experienced instructors in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. Whether you're looking to reinforce the fundamentals or gain more experience with your handgun, this hands-on training session is designed to help you become a safer, more accurate, and more confident shooter.

During this two-hour live-fire course, you'll receive personalized instruction while shooting a variety of paper and steel targets at Aurora Sportsmen's Club's outdoor training ranges. You'll review essential shooting fundamentals, learn proper firearm handling techniques, and gain experience using both iron sights and red dot optics.

If you're bringing your own personal firearm, three magazines will be required for the course.
